I would also like to point out ahead of time (and partly to reassure myself) that the resemblance to the last page of my other anders/hawke comic is entirely intentional and not just because I have a very limited arsenal of comicking techniques~

As I was drawing this page, I had the most OMGSOMEANINGFUL DA2 playlist order:
1) Rogue Heart
2) Love Scene
3) Mages
4) Destiny of Love
5) Mage Pride

It tells the story of Hawke/Anders! Rogue Heart: Hawke wanders into Kirkwall directionless, a rogue mage without a cause or connection to the plight of his kind. Love Scene: He loves Anders in the early stage of Justice-possession and before it all went to hell - it's a sweet love, but as of yet untested. Mages - he's awakened to THECAUSE as well as where Anders' greatest loyalties will always lie. Destiny of Love - Hawke chooses his path at Anders' side. Mage Pride - I totally consider to be Anders' theme.
